Really good Service and Beautiful Architecture
helpful staff early check-in delicious breakfast
The staff displayed a helpful attitude. They let us check in early since a room was available. Milk was provided in the fridge. When we asked about milk alternatives, a gentleman from reception delivered some to our room.. it was very kind. Breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients and a lovely staff.
The hotel lacked air conditioning , which impacted the overall comfort.

The lobby is beautiful, despite its smaller size. The hotel has many strange turns and unexpected interior details. This creates a maze-like feel. It is quite fun to explore the hotel.

The staff showed care and consideration. They greeted us warmly and helped us get a taxi quickly. The bar staff had smiles and friendly words. Everyone contributed to a positive experience.

The breakfast buffet offers excellent choices. The scrambled eggs were very good. There is also a complimentary drink offered during social hour. I enjoyed the range of options.

The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. I had views on three sides from my room. It included a nicely appointed bath and it faced the railtracks.

My stay wasn't great. The room felt colder than it should. The air conditioning made so much noise. The toilet seat seemed like cheap plastic. I expect more amenities for what I spent per night.
